Play date!

Last Friday Brooke and Chase decided to come over and play. Our husbands have what we consider as undesirable work schedules that sometimes leave us feeling like we are stuck in our house all day and into the night seeing no one but our 1 year old. Anyway, Cohen and Chase don't play with other kids their age much so we decided that they need to start so they learn to play nice. When Cohen plays with older kids, its fine because they put up with what he does and think its funny when he pats them roughly in the face (aka, hitting) but when it's kids his age he occasionally makes them cry (sorry Chase and Kayla). Anyway, Cohen has this fun little 4-wheeler that he got for his birthday, which I have already posted about him riding a few months ago. This time Chase and Cohen took a ride together. Chase doesn't know how to drive it but the first ride they took he accidentally kept leaning on the button so they were able to go. After that we let Cohen drive. It was fun having them play together and made our day go by SO much faster! Now we know the true value of a play date.
