Standing is a start

Cohen is the funniest kid. He wants to do everything in his own time...which is perfectly fine with me (although if you would have asked me if it was fine when I was in labor, I probably wouldn't have said that was okay considering I was over due and then after being induced was still in labor for 18 hrs) But he's never been in a rush to do anything, which again is fine with me but I know he's getting to an age where he needs to be walking. Anyway, anytime you would try to get him to walk and he would realize that's what you were doing, he would sit down as fast as he could. The last few weeks or so he has been standing next to things without using his hands...but yesterday he finally figured out he could stand up in the middle of the room all by himself. He's so proud of himself. He even tries to dance while standing. Woohoo! Progress!
